HSS020 is  a more secure single exterior entry door, the design is popular and give customer the sense of security.

All the custom sizes listed in Variants for this door NOT included jamb. Jamb width is 2 inch/side. The rough opening need to add 0.5'' to the width and height.

Material Size:
 The Iron Doors are made of 12-14 gauge steel with Iron scrollwork by 5/9" solid iron.  All iron construction is to make sure your entry door is strong and durable to stand the test of time.

Glass Window:
 Each entry door includes double-panel insulated glass window that open independently.  This feature allows for ventilation, easy access for cleaning, and the safety to keep the visitor outside who the homeowner is talking to.

Home100 Iron Door process:
 Loft---Assemble---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Base paint--- Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Hand fauxing with baked on satin overcoat to protect finish--- Face paint.  Make the entry door is maintenance-free, and the color hardly fade.

Door frames:
 Doorframes are square and leveled before the luxurious ball bearings hinges are positioned and welded thereby ensuring a smooth operation of the door.

Sealed with weather stripping and injected with foam:
 To conserve energy and eliminate wind drafts, the iron door is sealed with weather stripping,and the entire door is injected with polyurethane insulation.

Welding:
 Most welding is performed from the inside in order not to alter smooth finish line.

Threshold & Jamb:
 Threshold Thickness: 1"(25.4mm), Jamb Thinkness: 6''(152.4mm) Wrought iron threshold slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside, maintaining frame integrity during shipping and installation.

How long time warranty for the door I purchased?
 10 year part warranty, 5 Year finish warranty, 1 year glass warranty. We will send you warranty document when you make purchase.
The discounted price listed include shipping cost?
 Yes, we offer free shipping for the product. But the service is not available for HI, AK, FL.
How long time will take for delivery if the door in stock?
 It based on distance between our warehouse with your address. Usually it will take around 5-20 days for heavy item delivery. The carrier will make a phone call in advance for schedule delivery date when the item arrive customer's location. Please kindly note the period of production and shipping will be about 80 days for custom orders.
How about if the door damaged during shipping?
 We will be responsible for any damage during shipping. Please check the package status when the item arrive and take pictures if it damaged, then tell the carrier refuse to accept the item and contact us within 48 hours. We will ship another new door to you within 3 business days if the door will be in stock. If you found damages after delivered, we will process it as after sale warranty. The guidance is on the warranty document.
What is your return policy for the door?
 We accept goods return within 14 days after it delivered. Customer will be in charged for the return cost if past the period.
Where is this door manufactured?
 Our doors are assembled in Mississippi. The parts of the doors were imported from Mexico, China and Germany.
How about the quality of the door?
 Our doors tested and with IAC-MRA AL,CNAS quality certificates.
Will I get confirmation info after I make order?
 Yes, and we will send you drawing of the door for you final confirm by email within 48 hours. If you didn't get drawing within 48 hours, please check your spam box or contact us at support@home100us.com with your order number or simply leave message to us by Live chat that in the bottom of our website.
